- Proactively build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through market research, lead generation, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and foster long-term loyalty.
- Own the full sales process — from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Define and implement a clear roadmap for penetrating and expanding the fuel and energy distribution market.
- Identify untapped market segments, build value-driven solutions, and execute go-to-market strategies to win new accounts.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including oil majors, commercial operators, and industrial clients.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management, motivation, and development of the Sales team.

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of proven success in business development, sales, or strategic growth within the oil & gas, fuel logistics, B2B energy, or related sectors.
- A commercially driven professional with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience scaling high-performance sales teams, with strong people management capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders across industries.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute under pressure.
- A hands-on leader who is both strategically minded and execution focused.
