    Job Description

    • Effectively interact with agency executives and producers to raise their output, knowledge of rules, throughput, and total contribution.
    • Meet the Cluster Head KPIs, which include projects, segmentation, risk management & compliance, and personnel.
      Achieve Total Weighted New Sales (TWNS) and New Business Embedded Value financial goals (NBEV)
    • Create and create agency-wide and regional sales strategies and campaigns to boost revenue.
    • Actively engage in exercises in strategic planning
    • Provide frequent business reporting
    • Participate in agency events where motivating speeches may be required, as well as serve as a representative at business events.
