    Job Description

    • Ensure Technical Training plans for all O&M sections are reviewed and managed effectively within the approved training budget.
    • Maintain effective implementation & scheduling of technical training programmes providing high quality technical training to all sections within O&M.

    Requirements

    • A degree/ diploma in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
    • 6-10 years of Engineering knowledge in power plant preferably in CCP operations (including simulator training).
    • Minimum 3 year experience as an Operations SM or Principal Engineer or in a senior training management/supporting role. Preferably with basic knowledge of all the power plant types ie MHI, Alstom & Siemens plants.

    Job Description

    • Manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.
    • Set strategy and future goals for a sales team. Lead the implementation of compensation plans to the sales force.
    • Partner with cross-functional team to provide insights and forecast future sales based on past trends.
