This is a dynamic role which will be involved in sales, distribution and business development for the right customer segments. - Work closely with Bank stakeholders (Team Heads, Bankers, Bancassurance Managers, Cluster Heads) to ensure achievement of Bancassurance targets, the manager is also required to share market intelligence, sales/customer statistics and sales concepts with the relevant stakeholders.
- Devise and execute customer/product propositions/strategies to raise productivity within Bank Wealth Banking and Privilege Banking segments
- Identify individual sellers who need additional coaching to meet higher production targets.
- Initiate business cases across various internal and external stakeholders for driving productivity
- Establish seller/team recognition structure to encourage sales and contribution

- Diploma / Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience with successful track records prior Bancassurance experience preferred
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with a high degree of tact.
