    • At least 8 years relevant and professional experience in process improvement and project management.
    • University degree in related discipline including, Business, Finance, Statistical Analysis, Process Improvement or recognised professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant Singapore etc.

    Change Manager (Contract)

    Job Description

    On a day to day basis, help to translate strategy into specific strategic initiatives and take these initiatives from concept to incubation to execution. These strategic initiatives are primarily cross-functional, and Business Excellence leads the delivery of these initiatives by bringing together the deep operational capabilities from within and outside the organization through Corporate Strategy, Analytics, Business Assurance & Re-engineering, Enterprise Data Governance and Enterprise Change Management.

    Job Description

    • The Enterprise Change Management function works on systematically deploying change management skills, tool and processes throughout the organization while managing the people side of change ensuring alignment to delivery of our strategic roadmap
    • Implement change programmes focusing on the people side of change in line with project deliverables
    • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes with internal and external stakeholders in compliance with Change Management frameworks
    • Develop and deliver project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organisation transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training programme
    • Work closely with the Change Management team, Project Owner and Project Manager to ensure effective execution of change agenda
    • Lead/facilitate meetings with senior stakeholder to jointly develop a case for change and a change adoption plan
    • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
    • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption
    • Develop a change programme view of the assigned projects and outline change impact against Enterprise Change Management’s delivery roadmap
    • Periodic reporting including and not limited to programme health status, regulatory reports, risk assessment and governance
    • Ensure timelines (milestones, decisions and delivery) are managed and value of project is achieved, without compromising quality and within budget.
    • Ensure an appropriate and coordinated communications plan is in place for project execution and delivery, both internal and external
