This person will be responsible for the development and execution of the brand’s retail training program. The Training Manager will be reporting directly to the Head of Retail.

    Job Description

    • Implement the sales trainings to store manager and team on selling skills, brand, and storytelling
    • Engage and develop the retail team on training topics such as selling skills
    • Assist store in charge to drive action plans to increase sales or related KPIs
    • Work together with the Retail Manager, and Store Managers to drive actions on the Mystery Shopping initiatives
    • Coordinate and organize training classes with trainer and external consultants to suit local training needs
    • Plan and define the right target audience, activities and all aspects related to the trainings

They are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to help drive the business to greater heights.

    Job Description

    • Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets, to grow and the business in accordance to strategy.
    • Drive implementation of products in healthcare facilities in cooperation with the marketing department.
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in hospital facilities to ensure successful implementation.
    • Execute sales promotion and drive product usage of wound care portfolio through evidence based selling approach
    • Update and maintain account plans, ensuring an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory in order to maximize business opportunities.
    • Provide clinical, technical support and education to key customers and drive wound treatment adoption.
