This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations (Order-To-Cash) across SEA. The manager leads a regional team and collaborates with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain performance.
- Lead and train the supply chain team, ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage third- and fourth-party logistics (3PL/4PL) activities, including warehousing, inventory, and assembly, in compliance with medical device regulations.
- Collaborate with distributors on forecasting, replenishment, invoicing, and goods receipt.
- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and freight issues, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Track and report on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and SKU-level trends.
- Maintain and improve SOPs for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee budget planning and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, reconciliation, and disposal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for regulated products and ensure quality system compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, including 3PL-managed environments and medical device distribution.
