  Job Description

  This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations (Order-To-Cash) across SEA. The manager leads a regional team and collaborates with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain performance.

  • Lead and train the supply chain team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage third- and fourth-party logistics (3PL/4PL) activities, including warehousing, inventory, and assembly, in compliance with medical device regulations.
  • Collaborate with distributors on forecasting, replenishment, invoicing, and goods receipt.
  • Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and freight issues, and escalate unresolved matters.
  • Track and report on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and SKU-level trends.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
