    Job Description

    This role is responsible for ensuring patient access and achieving reimbursement for our products with good prices through demonstration of value to patients, payers, physicians and healthcare systems. This is achieved through the development of compelling, differentiated product value propositions supported by robust clinical and economic evidence. 


    (1)              Business acumen/ planning and execution competencies for market access strategy and implementation


    ·         Assess product performance throughout the product lifecycle for developing market access/penetration strategies, in collaboration with team/ cross-functional team members

    ·         Actively play a key role in cross-functional Brand Teams to drive and execute market access strategies with excellence

    ·         Identify business opportunities through the analysis and synthesis of multiple sources of data (including both commercial data and real world evidence), and leverage the findings for business case development or actionable recommendations

    ·         Perform ad-hoc commercial assessments in consideration of both internal and external environments/ situations

    ·         Understand business case drivers, including competitive landscape, clinical requirements, and other potential external factors which may impact business/ product value

    ·         Identify and communicate project risks, including the development of risk plans


    (2)              Communication/ interpersonal competencies for stakeholder management


    ·         Proactively work and communicate with all functions and levels of management to ensure alignment and effective plan execution across teams and stakeholders

    ·         Promote ideas and proposals persuasively, both internally and externally

    ·         Effective and persuasive communication with internal/ external stakeholders (KOLs, payers, pharma associations) for achieving win-win situations

    ·          Intermediate level of speaking, reading and written English (for communication and academic literature review)

    ·         Project management experience
