  Job Description

  Title: Clinic Manager/Operation manager
  Basic salary: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
  Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth performance
  • Drive clinic KPIs, business targets and operational efficiency
  • Implement and maintain SOPs, processes and workflows to ensure consistency
  • Lead, coach and develop clinic managers and front-line teams
  • Manage suppliers, landlords and key stakeholders for smooth operations
  • Work closely with directors on business performance, reporting and improvement initiatives
