  Job Description

  • Translate strategies into actionable outcomes such as technology adoption, job redesign, and skills upgrading to drive workforce and business transformation and growth.
  • Assess skills development gaps in the company, identify company training plan and programmes
  • To mobilise workers and companies on jobs and skills development
  • Establish mechanism to coordinate outreach and gather ground feedback.
  • Coordinate the implementation plan of skills and jobs together with various key stakeholders  
  • Analyse the adoption rate, transformation and training status and make recommendations to encourage adoption rate 

  Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 7,000

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Over 3 years’ experiences from either IT, Engineering or Media industry  
  • Have a passion for transformation.
  • Possess strategic thinking ability, with an eye for operational details 
  • Self-driven and results oriented
  • Passionate and good team player
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
