    Job Description

    • As the Marketing Director for Aesthetics (Medical Devices and Injectables), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth and market presence of our aesthetics product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry, including a strong focus on medical devices and injectable products. The Marketing Director will lead a team, collaborating cross-functionally to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand positioning.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for aesthetics medical devices and injectables, aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Product Positioning and Branding:
    • Define and communicate the unique value propositions of our aesthetics products.
    • Work closely with the creative team to develop branding and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    Campaign Development:

    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive demand, and support product launches.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including online advertising, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.

    Events and Sponsorships:

    • Manage participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product development timelines, sales targets, and regulatory requirements.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.



      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
      • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the aesthetics or medical devices industry.
      • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for aesthetics products.
      • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
