    Job Description

    • Business Leader:
      • Develop, implement and execute HR operations strategies, policies, programs and processes.
      • Identify and implement continued operational excellence and service improvement initiatives.
      • Facilitates smooth integration of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, etc.
      • Ensures clear, accurate and timely communications.
      • Ensures positive customer experience through exceptional service delivery.
      • Assesses current policies and procedures and re-designs or adjusts workflows accordingly to support accurate, efficient and timely administration of programs in order to meet expectations of clients.
      • Responsible for HR operations governance and compliance.
    • Talent Leader:
      • Recruit, lead, coach and develop team in very specialized areas including payroll, system admins, SME.
      • Lead operational projects and act as project sponsor role within HR Operations department initiatives.
      • Build strong engaged and high performing teams.
    •  Value Leader:
      • Ensure service delivery is compliant regionally with laws, regulations, and corporate policies
      • Ensure application of standard policies, coordinated regionally.
      • Maintains relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure standards are met and constantly. 
      • Partners with key internal clients to achieve business objectives.
    • Change Leader:
      • Manage the implementation of new or process changes and provide leadership for HR Operations teams after implementation.
      • Represent HR operations in prioritization activities and escalations.
      • Provide feedback into services priorities to ensure regional adoption
    • Culture Steward:
      • Build and lead a team, establish the team with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance and continuous improvement.
      • Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
      • Establish a culture of accountability and measurement.
      • Strengthen employment brand and creating an employer of choice reputation.

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, proving being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs.
    • Proven skills working across country borders with the understanding and respect for cultural differences. Have experience in working a matrix, multilayer organization.
    • Have a track record of setting-up and delivering regional HR operations and HR Shared Services across a range of geographical locations in a complex matrix environment.
    • Demonstrate experience with continuous improvement and a track record of structured process mapping, process optimization and controls.
