    Job Description

    ▪ Plays an integral role in the deployment and continuous improvement of sales operation processes to support the delivery of superior customer service levels to support commercial activities.

    ▪ This role requires to execution of excellent supply planning, logistics operation, lead order taking, and sales operation and actively liaising with Sales (KAM) and cooperating with Finance for any risk management if there is.

    ▪ Provide sales support to ensure an effective operation of the sales business, including following up on the customer order from receipt to delivery, and invoicing, to improve sales efficiency.

    ▪ Develop the supply plans needed to maintain optimal inventory levels including finished goods and packaging materials and ensure timely pacing of purchase orders to internal and external suppliers in both of TW / HK market.

    ▪ Inventory analysis and pre-alert the aging risk to avoid write-off.

    ▪ Manage 3PL partners to ensure day-to-day logistics activities across inbound / outbound/customization management/market return / quarterly full count and write-off process.

    ▪ Consumer complaint coordinated with internal and external partners, initiative QA alert if needed, and sought sourcing support to solve the issue.

    ▪ Utilize SAP for goods receipts, transfer stock and adjust stock etc.

    ▪ Other ad-hoc assignments/duties to be assigned by the manager.

    Job Description

    You will be responsible for the production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. You will conduct mid- and 
    long-term planning through to finite scheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations, suppliers, and 
    demand to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution and to lead and coordinate with cross 
    functions on project management.

    • Lead the strategical inventory management --- replenishment of finished goods to the optimum stock 
      boundary from all relevant source locations while ensuring optimize cost effectiveness in the operations. 
      Understands market dynamics/consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing 
      strategic decisions
    • Prepare on-time delivery of weekly supply outlook / shipment plan / deployment plans / (Days inventory 
      forward cover)DIFC report for all related DC(Distribution center)’s and provide update EWS(Early warning 
      system) where required for review / action and discussion during the weekly demand / supply link up 
    • Monitor daily/weekly production and volume compliances to understand and highlight supply risk if any 
      from production compliance misses. Request for recovery where necessary
    • Proactively manage aged and potential aged stock to minimize write-off and meet AC(annual 
      contribution) target
    • Delivery of all agreed projects on time, within aligned gating process. 
    • Drive improvements to the Product Change Management process
