    An established personal care company is currently seeking exceptional talents with strong experience in Modern Trade Key Account management. If you are keen to embrace a challenging role that enhances personal and career growth, this will be an ideal opportunity to take on. This role is based in Singapore with a remuneration package up to SGD 110,000.

    Job Description

    • Accountable for overall sales growth and operational efficiency of the MT sales team.
    • Lead and develop the MT key account sales team through effective management and excellent execution of business plans and Sales & Marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
    • Strategize and make recommendations in driving strategic brand sales and key bets for MT
    • Responsible to accomplish planned sales, grow and strengthen all MT channels
    • Build and maintain favorable relationships with retail key accounts
    • Work within company’s designated promotional budget and ensure productive spending in enhancing MT sales and strengthening brands
    • Devise sales policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency of MT sales team
    • Negotiate favorable annual trading and logistic contract with chain
    • Gather trade information, competitor’s activities and market intelligence data to company
    • Ensure MT trade service level is achieved
    • Attend to customers’ trade issues, complaints and operational matters
    • Manage and review retail outlets through frequent market visits
    • Mentor and impart the necessary training to KA team
    • Other roles, projects or tasks that the company may assign from time to time

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years’ of sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the Personal Care category
    • Demonstrated success of key account management experience with Fair Price, Watsons and Guardian
    • Proven good track record of leading a sales team with high performance results achieved
    • Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills
    • Capacity to work under pressure, meticulous with sense of urgency
    • Competitive mindset, passionate, energetic and highly motivated
    • Computer literate with basic proficiency in MS applications - Powerpoint, Word and Excel
