ASPAC Communications and Events Manager (2 year contractor role)

Contract PositionThe company is an established MNC that provides diagnostic solutions that help pinpoint the source of disease and contamination to improve patient health and ensure consumer safety.Job Description
- Coordination and organization of external -global and/or regional-, laboratory, clinical and medical events participation relevant to the client:
- Define and analyze the audience, research on the event opportunities, monitor the regional budget attributed, payment tracking, design of digital/physical booths with external parties, working with developers, advertisers, and product managers to market products and services etc. Ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning.
- Organization and animation of internal regional meetings with ASPAC colleagues: milligram meetings, trainings, webinars, other regional annual/quarter online meeting (online and/or physical).
- Promotion of internal client awareness and motivation through the creation and sharing of informative communication pieces (newsletters, e-blasts, emails etc).
- Collaboration with the Regional commercialization team to elevate product knowledge: medical insights, competitive awareness, marketing campaigns, market researches and assist in the execution of the strategic plan.
- Establish an operational review and monthly reporting (sales, marketing actions)
- Requires communication and coordination with global MARCOM and support regional product managers in execution of their marketing plans and tactics.

- Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Sciences or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
- Experience –
- Relevant past experience in marketing and communication, digital marketing, especially in the Pharma or in-vitro diagnostics space.
- Relevant past experience with and/or cultural understanding of the Asia Pacific region is highly advantageous.
- Required Skills –
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English to communicate with key stakeholders in the region.
- Creative abilities with experience in using the Adobe Suite or any other creative tools.
- Technical knowledge in webinar and communication tools such as Teams and Webex.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office; PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and contact management databases

- In collaboration with senior leadership, develop, promote and facilitate Organization and Talent Review process and culture on an enterprise-wide basis
