About the Company:
We are partnering with a leading medical device company known for innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions. We are seeking a motivated Service Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team and drive service sales growth while delivering exceptional customer value.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote service contracts, maintenance agreements, and spare parts for medical devices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and clinical staff.
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical device services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong technical understanding of medical devices and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site support.

Role Overview:
- As a Sales Specialist, you will leverage your LC expertise to drive sales, provide technical support, and build relationships with customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell LC systems and solutions, highlighting their technical benefits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing tailored solutions.
