    Job Description

    • Achieve yearly revenue and profit targets for Singapore market by applying strong key account  management.
    • Accountable for monthly forecast and accuracy.
    • Regular field work, covering all public and private hospital laboratories, including other laboratories that are utilizing diagnostic tests for patient testing.
    • Handling all ITQ/RFP requests from public and private hospital labs either online or hardcopy submission.
    • Using CRM tools to plan daily sales call and logging in leads, opportunities.
    • Maintain good knowledge of the market, healthcare environment and regulations, trends, competitors, customer needs and other key drivers.
    • Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, key opinion leaders, key decision makers and industry leaders (i.e. government or industry associations) promoting the organizations products and services.
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional team to ensure customer satisfaction delivery.
    • Plan and prepare product launches including regulatory schedule and customer product evaluations.
    • Plan and lead marketing activities to ensure timely execution according to plan.

    Regional Head of Compliance

    Our client is one of the global top distributor company within the healthcare industry. This position primary responsibility is to oversee the Compliance program – such as establishing, updating and advising all BUs on Corporate Compliance regulations and policies, and implementing and maintaining such Corporate Compliance regulations and policies within all the BUs.

    Job Description

    This position will also be responsible for driving awareness of all compliance-related policies and procedures within all BUs and promoting a culture of compliance through communication and training initiatives. This position will be the champion for all business ethics related compliance matters throughout the Group. This position will also be managing all the local compliance officers based in the markets.

    This is a hands-on, operational role requiring interaction with all levels of officers and employees internally and externally. Successful candidate must have a passion for driving the compliance agenda, be comfortable with interacting with all levels of employees including the senior management team and be a people leader in managing the Compliance team based in the other offices in APAC.

    Responsibility

    • Provide advice to BUs on all corporate compliance regulations and policies
    • Implement and maintain the corporate compliance regulations and policies in all BUs, which includes but are not limited to the following:
      • Lead and implement all regional compliance initiatives in the BUs
      • Review and update compliance policies
      • Conduct transactions monitoring on compliance-related transactions
      • Provide and/or work with internal stakeholders on all compliance related trainings and monitoring of such compliance training completion
      • Oversee and ensure business unit’s compliance audit findings are being addressed timely and adequately
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Regional Compliance, including providing assistance to other markets throughout APAC

    • Minimum 7 years in Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption compliance; experience in Compliance in the Pharma/Healthcare industry is essential
