    Job Description

    • Understand/define/refine customer segments and develop strategies, based on insight into customer behaviors
    • Translate high-level experience design into specific treatments which customers will receive for each type of interaction, across channels and throughout their relationships
    • Execute customer experience (CE) assessments and gap analysis, Voice of Customer (VOC), Best Practices
    • Analyze VOC and behavioral information to understand why customers are satisfied/dissatisfied, along with their attitudes, motivations etc. to develop deep insights into customer needs and behaviors
    • Design CE, that reflect customer’s strategy, enhance satisfaction and are profitable for the customer
    • Develop appropriate operational metrics and dashboards, including NPS to oversee the company’s performance, process improvement and provide guidance and direction from an analytical point of view for the customer-facing teams

    An established US multinational company providing healthcare services is looking for a Pricing Analyst to support the design and implementation of business planning tools & responsible for the delivery of analytics reports that provides the strategic framework for sales execution, as well as, sales force effectiveness and productivity.

    Job Description

    • Perform competitor analysis, scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
    • Responsible for developing meaningful, actionable analytics reports to support the sales force
    • Communicate outcomes and methodically track investigations to uncover broader trends
    • Ensure that all reports are built, validated and posted as per the SLAs
    • Manage strategic projects which may include the harmonization of business reporting and processes across various commercial operations functions

    Job Description

    • Develop processes, standards, and operational plans in support of business strategies with a direct decision making impact on overall results.
    • Oversee performance and drive improvements in quality, cost, and delivery through continuous improvement and lean six sigma principles.
    • Set a vision which supports the regional growth strategy, profitability objectives and customer requirements; and establish the necessary strategic imperatives which enable that vision, in alignment with the global strategy.
    • Establish and track, monitor, and report continuous improvement metrics related to supply chain, forecasting and distribution operations, quality and projects.     Requirements

    • Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, and experience in Sourcing, Planning or Logistics.
    • Must have a minimum 7 years People Leadership.
    • Must have prior industry experience in Medical Device. Manufacturing in Medical Device experience is a plus.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain & logistics, operations, customer service team members who manage the planning, importation, customer service, warehousing, and distribution of products in support of commercial goals and objectives.
