    SEA Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (6-months contract)


    Contract Position
    Our client is a leader in the medical instruments industry and they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment in the regional office across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you are also the custodian for HR reporting key employee acquisition and retention, as well as performance management.

    Job Description


    • Support full-life cycle recruitment needs for the business including direct sourcing techniques, compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of the initial job requisition to final appointment is carried out.
    • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
    • Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
    • Utilize creative sourcing techniques for positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, agency recruitment, networking, etc.
    • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
    • Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.


    • Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and letter of appointment
    • Application of Foreign Employment Passes (for foreign candidates)
    • Open New staff personnel file, check completion of documents & filing
    • Create New Employee Profile in HRIS
    • Personnel Announcement
    • Welcoming staff on first day, introduction about company and policies and introduction to all colleagues
    • Preparation of Job Description and Onboarding Training Plan
    • Updating of Headcount Report


    • Leave Calculation of the Resignees and sending to Hiring Manager
    • Personnel Announcement – Resignation
    • Drafting Acceptance of Resignation (Upon request)
    • Cancellation of WP / SP / EP / DP (Ad-hoc)
    • Removal of fingerprint access
    • Updating of HRIS, TPS, e-Leave
    • Preparation of Testimonials
    • Conducting of Exit Interview
    • Collection of company items on last day

    Performance Management

    • Monitor renewal of limited contracts
    • Tracking of Confirmation of New Hires
    • Preparation of Achievement Plan & Extension of Probation for New Hires who do not passed probation


    • Work Permit administration: Ensuring that foreign staff have valid work permits at all time. Submission of applications for new staff, renewal, updating of information, e.g. address, change in particulars.
    • Event coordination: assisting on organisation of events, e.g. annual event, sports activities, family days, etc.
    • Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management

    Job Description

    • Manage all orders pertaining to South East Asia distributors as well as orders from Australia and New Zealand.
    • Handle customers enquires, order entry and all customer services related areas and to follow through on orders up to closure
    • Communicate customers' requirements to the Regional Distribution Center for any special handling and shipping requirements such as ship dates, forecast and end of quarter orders management
    • Close monitoring of all backlogs to expedite deliveries with nominated forwarders
    • Update of weekly sales order backlog report and L/C report
    • Update of distributor’s order status
    • Handle distributor’s warranty claim for returns
    • Support the team and perform cross functional activities when necessary
    • Participate in process improvement activities to streamline the departments workflow

    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfillment/management.
