  Job Description

  Responsible for assessing existing HVAC and control systems at client sites, identifying modernization opportunities, and driving the transition to cloud-connected, AI-enabled solutions.

  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate HVAC systems and building control infrastructure.

  • Identify outdated or non-connected controllers and define required upgrade scope.

  • Maintain accurate records of installed systems, including readiness for digital integration.

  • Develop and present technical and commercial proposals for system upgrades and IoT solutions.

  • Communicate the value and necessity of modernization to clients, consultants, and facility managers.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and smooth project execution.

  • Demonstrate core functionalities of cloud-based platforms to support client understanding.

  • Follow up on proposals and quotations to secure retrofit and service opportunities.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in HVAC or building automation systems.

  • Familiarity with IoT, cloud connectivity, or AI-based solutions is advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Valid driving license with willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
