  Job Description

   

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive service revenue growth across the SEA region.

  • Identify and capture opportunities in aftermarket and service solutions for heat exchangers and related equipment.

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including end users, EPCs, and contractors in the O&G and Power industries.

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiate service contracts to achieve sales targets and margin objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver competitive solutions tailored to customer needs.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in service or technical sales, preferably in heat exchangers, mechanical, or process equipment.

  • Strong understanding of aftermarket business, customer management, and regional service development.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and travel within Southeast Asia (up to 50%).
