    Lead, Affluent/ High Net worth Customer Value Proposition

    Reporting to the Head of Affluent/ High Net Worth (HNW) Business Project with matrix reporting to Head of Group Loyalty and Segment Marketing, you will be responsible to project manage the new direction to Affluent/ HNW business with the aim of creating a compelling proposition that is aligned to Group Customer Segments and expert advisory team to target the Affluent/ HNW segment. You will also be responsible to design and implement the Premier Advisory Customer Value Proposition and provide status updates and report to both the Heads.

    Job Description

    • Prepare needs-based analysis of the affluent/ HNW customer segment;
    • Prepare competitor analysis of affluent/ HNW propositions in the market including product range and services platform;
    • Design and develop a compelling customer value proposition (CVP) of the Premier Advisory channel promoting the Expert Advisory team and Affluent Service platform to the clients;
    • Align with the Customer Segments team on their formulation of customer segmentation approach, framework and execution strategy driven by fact-based consumer research and insights for particular segment/s within the organisation;
    • Ensure the CVP aligns to the Group’s Overall Customer Segment Strategy and Propositions;
    • Support the branding and marketing strategies of the Premier Advisory Channel including product launch, marketing campaigns and client events;
    • Develop and launch exclusive client events to increase business penetration;
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, design and implement needs-based insurance and non-insurance product suite for the Premier Advisory Channel;
    • Monitor the progress of the implemented strategies to achieve the targets set; and

    You are to assist Head of Service Excellence in driving and carrying out operational process review and improvement across New Business Underwriting, Claims and Customer Service Departments to improve efficiency, productivity and customer experience that aligns with corporate goals and business objectives

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with HODs of Group Operations and work with their appointed subject matter experts in carrying out process improvement projects.
    • Proactively seek out opportunities for process improvement through market research, data analytics, voice of customers (including distribution reps), voice of employees, etc.
    • Promote Process Improvement Framework by coaching/equipping project team members with the best practice and structured approach in executing process improvement.
    • Lead and manage process improvement projects by working effectively with team members to deliver the project outcomes. The role includes:
      • develop a clear case for change and improvement;
      • create a well thought-out project plan;
      • chair and facilitate effective project discussions;
      • trouble shoot and analyze root causes;
      • ideate and brainstorm for ideas, prototyping and testing (where appropriate);
      • assess, prioritise and recommend potential solutions taking into account resource, cost, benefit and risk;
      • seek approval from Project Sponsor, MD Group Operations, Project Steering Committee or Senior Management (where applicable) and provide progress updates;
      • ensure project milestones are met, effective communication and timely implementation;
      • monitor and review performance after implementation vis-à-vis project objectives; etc.
    • For Digital Transformation projects (led by Group Strategy & Transformation Division), represent the respective Department of Group Operations and assume the role of Business Project Manager (PM) in ensuring that the projects are conceived, managed and implemented successfully.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity where you will head the teams of pricing actuaries to support pricing for life business with emphasis on Group Business, Participating Fund, Universal Life, Non-Participating and Investment Linked type of products.

    Job Description

    The Role:

    • Responsible for pricing of all products, which includes Par & Universal Life products frameworks like RBC, EEV, IFRS, Solvency II
    • Produce key financial metrics for filing to the Regional Office under local and regional
    • Carry out pricing framework & strategy, leading the negotiations with reinsurers, obtaining internal & regional product approval and complying with local regulatory product filing/approval requirement
    • Provide technical guidance on the pricing/modelling effort in performing product pricing and feasibility studies, conduct market research for product initiatives and required profit testing
    • Communicate the key financial metrics to the senior management
    • Prepare responses to queries from regulators
    • Collaborate with product development, technology, compliance and other internal stakeholders on implementation of new products
    • Develop studies to investigate the adequacy of pricing assumptions
    • Support all queries pertaining product features and designs and prioritize workflows to best meet the timeline of deliverables
