Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing in Taiwan to lead, design, and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement on a global scale. This role requires a proven track record in high-growth tech or social media companies and deep knowledge of performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader with hands-on experience scaling customer acquisition and retention through paid media, programmatic advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a clear performance marketing strategy to achieve revenue, acquisition, and retention goals within budget.
- Budget Ownership: Manage a multi-million dollar budget for Taiwan, optimizing spend across channels like Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates to drive growth and efficiency.
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performance team focused on key channels and ongoing improvement.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use deep analytics and data science to understand customer journeys, optimize channels, and drive impactful experiments for continuous improvement.
- MarTech Development: Lead the deployment of world-class MarTech infrastructure to enhance performance and maximize marketing efficiency.

- Experience: 10+ years in B2C performance marketing, with 5+ years leading large teams and multi-million dollar budgets across channels, including search, display, and affiliates.
- Channel Expertise: Proven expertise in one or more performance channels and experience managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns with transparent reporting and optimization.
- Digital Marketing Insight: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, AI, social commerce, and app growth strategies, particularly for driving e-commerce purchases.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in using data and complex attribution methods to optimize spend, particularly on Meta and Google platforms, and presenting actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of iOS and Android growth strategies; an engineering or data analytics background is a plus.
