    Job Description

    • To prepare journals for adjustment, accruals, WIP, payroll, bonus, benefits and holiday allowances etc
    • To ensure posting of journals in accounting system CW1 or SAP ERP and ensure supporting documents uploaded on system after posting
    • Prepare the prepayment schedules, journals and postings.
    • Prepare ABT file and perform reconciliation.
    • Maintenance of IFRS 16 lease accounting on Planon system and perform reconciliation with SAP
    • Ensure completeness of the month-end closing and check list updated accordingly
    • Fixed Asset system maintenance, creation and disposal/retirement
    • Customs Duty Clearing, GST/VAT Clearing
    • Prepare and finalise financial numbers for SAP EPM Reporting group submission
    • Prepare Statistical Key Figures (SKF) for system allocatipn run
    • Prepare and present monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation for review with local finance
    • Balance Sheet review action items for follow up with relevant functions
    • Monthly intercompany variance reconciliation and follow-up action to close variance
    • AIF/SM35 system monitoring and clearing of issues
    • Solving interface issues with IT to Operations
    • Provide support for other duties & projects as and when assigned

    Job Description

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–10 sustaining engineers, driving priorities, resource planning, and engineering best practices across the function.
    • Take full ownership of engineering change management, configuration control, and product documentation - including BOMs, drawings, and test specs - with disciplined release processes in PLM/ERP systems.
    • Investigate and resolve field and factory issues through structured root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
    • Manage component lifecycle proactively - handling end-of-life and product change notifications, qualifying alternate sources, and leading value engineering efforts to optimise cost, quality, and supply continuity.
    • Oversee product reliability improvements, design updates, and verification & validation testing, ensuring backward compatibility is maintained where needed.
    • Sustain and enhance product safety certifications and regulatory compliance in line with applicable IEC/UL standards, engaging external test laboratories as required.
    • Review and guide PCB and electrical redesigns, schematic updates, and layout changes, ensuring documentation remains accurate and fully traceable.
    • Collaborate with Operations to strengthen manufacturing test strategies, improve production yield, reduce scrap, and tighten process controls.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs - including field failure rates, change cycle times, cost savings, and obsolescence exposure - keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
    • Work closely with suppliers on quality assurance and component alternatives; support production part approval and first article inspection processes where applicable.
    • Serve as technical escalation support for customer-facing teams, key accounts, and service/RMA functions.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng, MEng, or MSc).
