  Our client is a leading global semiconductor player and they are looking for a HR Generalist (12 Months Contract).
  Job Description

  • Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources operations and administration for full employee life cycle in Singapore and Malaysia which include the following:
    
    • Employee on-boarding
    • Time management system registration for employees
    • Conduct HR orientation
    • Performance management
    • Compensation and benefits administration
    • Insurance administration
    • Work pass administration
    • Employee award administration
    • Attend to training requests
    • Attend to HR requests
    • Maintain and update personnel information
    • Liaise with various departments for onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Plan and execute HR events such as new hire welcome lunch etc.
    • HR vendor management which includes timely processing of payments
    • MOM surveys
    • Submission of government paid leave claims
    • Other ad-hoc HR tasks, as and when assigned

  Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 6,000

  Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Min 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Local Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
  • HR system knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Excel
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines for reporting work 
  • 12 Months Contract Position
