    Job Title:

    C&B Manager, Frontline Compensation (L10)

     

    Main Purpose

    Provide expert knowledge and serve as the main point of contact for Frontline Compensation to ensure market competitiveness, effectiveness and fairness. It includes but not limited to Sales Compensation, Worker Compensation, and etc.

     

    Accountabilities:

    1. Monitor the effectiveness of existing frontline compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
    2. Recommend plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends, guidelines and business objectives.
    3. Partner with HR Operations, GBS and IT to ensure an effective approach to track, calculate, analyze frontline compensation and provide actionable insight for business decision.
    4. Provide training of Frontline Compensation to support capability building.
    5. Share market trends of frontline compensation, actively provide data insight and solution to foreseen challenges.
    6. Responsible for the communication of frontline compensation.
    7. Work with GBS to ensure the consistency of Job Evaluation for L11- frontline positions according to business needs
    8. Support Frontline Compensation related Salary Surveys, Salary Planning Process.
