  • Lead end-to-end General Ledger (GL) operations, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial close.
  • Oversee financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior managers, driving performance, governance and capability building.
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies and process standardization across GL and reporting functions.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
  • Extensive experience in GL, financial reporting and consolidation, preferably within a large organization or MNC.
  • Proven experience in leading managers and driving team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
