- Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals in renewable energy.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the performance and profitability of the asset portfolio.
- Oversee the management of the company’s renewable energy assets, including wind farms, solar plants, and other clean energy projects.
- Ensure that all assets operate efficiently, meet performance targets, and comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous monitoring, data analysis, and performance optimization. Implement best practices for asset maintenance, risk management, and life-cycle cost analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders regarding asset performance and management. Provide regular updates and reports on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in renewable energy. Champion the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance asset management practices and drive efficiency.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and market risks associated with the asset portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing asset management team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices in renewable energy.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
