    Job Description

    • Develops and supports Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software deployed in manufacturing sites.
    • Designs manufacturing process, test system, software and equipment to meet engineering specification and safety requirement.  
    • Designs and develops automation systems and new technologies to improve process, efficiency and flexibility.
    • Provides software support to automation system used in manufacturing site.
    • Provides technical support for product test station deployed at manufacturing sites.
    • Designs and develops user interface for database in SQL server.
    • Participates in new product introduction initiatives. Work with the project team to ensure that activities occur according to plan.  
    • Initiates, coordinates or leads cross functional team groups on engineering or other issues relating to manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the VP HR, you will be the key custodian to provide leadership and direction to deliver employee services including payroll, benefits program and employee life cycle.

    Job Description

    HR Operations

    • Proactively anticipate and meet the needs of the business and its leaders through the HR function
    • Provide guidance and support to VP HR regarding any executive remuneration questions and concerns
    • Develop solid processes and guidelines with regard to recruitment operations, compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
    • Embark on process improvement initiatives when required i.e. updating of employee handbook, drafting new employment letters, etc.
    • Maintain close working relationship with managers to educate, guide and facilitate on the HR processes and programs
    • Ensures compliance of HR practices and programs in relation to local statutory requirements and Corporate policies.
    • Custodian of employee lifecycle from letter of offer generation, collection of onboarding documents, as well as offboarding
