    Job Description

    • To manage and develop the company’s business in Construction market, maximising sales opportunities by promotion of the full company product range.  Develop and implement a marketing strategy that provides the best opportunity to maximise selling prices, margin and collections in full alignment with the Group Strategic Objectives and always endeavour to achieve current budget at all times.
    • Day to day management of the sales, to deliver the budget sales target.
    • Develop new accounts through daily prospecting and cold calling.
    • Together with The National Sales Manager, control selling prices to meet the budget gross margins.
    • Compilation of reports and forecasts as required. Including project pipelines and Sales Action Plans.
    • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan that is aligned with the Group Strategic Goals specifically in terms of growth and market share.
    • To identify and manage customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead in any major projects.
    • Responsible for meeting KPI’s as set by the company,.
    • Awareness of competitors activities and identify relevant threats and opportunities.

    Job Description

    1. Responsible for creating demand by developing client specifications through key specifiers such as architects, consultants, and developers. 
    2. Identify key decision makers in identified market segments, develop strong relationships with these decision makers, and specify client’s products. 
    3. Develop a strong customer and project database to specify client’s products.
    4. Understand key customer requirements to offer differentiated products.
    5. Responsible for specification targets in terms of clients’ products.
    6. Work closely with clients to ensure specified projects are supplied with to ensure revenue.
    7. Ensure representation and regular visits to build relationships and awareness of clients’ brands and products 
    8. Ensure preference amongst key decision-makers for the company and its products.
    9. Develop a market for dry-lining solutions against conventional products through customer understanding and technical solutions
    10. Establish & manage a Project Tracking tool to enhance specification activities & success.  
    11. Build expertise and fame among belonged customer group by giving value and service
    12. Recognized as an industry expert, communicating market dynamics and customer needs to industry/product managers to assist in product planning and strategies.
    13. Translates complicated (e.g. technical, financial) ideas and information into meaningful concepts that are easily understood.
