- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building and infrastructure projects.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing.
- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
- Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals.

They’re currently looking for Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team. This role will be based at the HQ and on a 5 days work week.Job Description
- Prepare and manage all costs related to mechanical & electrical engineering projects
- Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors
- Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards
- Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes

The (Senior) Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the implementation of workplace safety, health, and environmental measures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure compliance with relevant workplace safety, health, and environmental legislation and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain WSHE management procedures, record-keeping, and administrative systems.
- Support and advise the WSHE committee, act as secretary, and guide members in fulfilling their safety responsibilities.
- Conduct inspections at team and individual levels, produce reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Organize and deliver safety briefings and training for all employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure risk assessments are performed and control measures are applied effectively.
- Escalate any safety deviations or stop work if necessary, in coordination with project management.
