- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
- Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
- Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
- Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
- Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries
- Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflow for construction projects
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM methodologies.
- Enhance design efficiency and streamline construction processes by applying BIM and VDC concepts
- Oversee the creation, development, and updating of 3D models and drawings
- Provide guidance to the project’s BIM Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
- Prepare BIM progress reports and performance metrics and lead design technical meetings with relevant stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors)
- Support the QS department in managing variation order claims arising from design changes.

- Lead the C&S design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Liaise closely with project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Provide technical guidance and support for structural and civil engineering challenges and review site issues when needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of design specifications.
- Validate design proposals, calculations, drawings, and specifications provided by consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, etc.) to resolve design clashes and ensure project integration
- Handle submission and approval processes with relevant authorities
- Conduct design risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
