    Job Description

    • Develop, Identify the requirements and expectations of projects from start right up to event execution.
    • Delivering projects on time, within budget allocated that meet expectations. Ensuring excellent member’s experience and quality delivery.
    • Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications
    • Setting, communicating timelines and priorities on every project.
    • Understanding the complex needs of different events.
    • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are approved on time. (raising EAF for budget approvals, issuing invoices for payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports)
    • Conduct venue site inspections and project meetings.
    • Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.
    • Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staffs and organizing vendors and managing take-down.
    • Communicating with related departments to create the success for each event.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to present event ideas and plans to the team, leaders and vendors.

    Job Description

    • Ensure that promotions, incentives, events, recognition, updates on new products and literature, and any other information related to company is communicated accurately, effectively and efficiently to the distributor base. This is accomplished through a variety of communication channels, which includes but is not limited to broadcast faxing, email stream, web-sites, conference calls and meetings. All communication must be translated into English, Chinese and Malays, be localized, up-to-date, accurate, clear and distributed in a timely manner. Must keep track of the most up-to-date information and be able to have the ability to relay this information to distributors and staff from other departments.
    • To lead the reporting line to coordinate, promote and organize events on a periodic basis (Success Training Seminar events and/or Supervisor Workshops generally occur every month and large-scale events twice a year). This involves working with distributors and the director in setting up registration, receptions, speakers’ meetings or conference calls, audio and visual etc. Support international events by language assistance and logistical support in all communication to distributors. Must be able to answer distributor’s questions and provide related information regarding qualifications and the event in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Leading, supporting, recognizing and respecting distributors at all times in their business goals and objectives. Set goals and target with key distributors to promote growth. Must at all times conduct yourself as an ambassador for the company, its products and services.
    • Travelling within Malaysia is required to plan sales activities and develop different regions within the country.
    • Provide first class customer service by dealing promptly and professionally in all telephone, written and face-to-face communication to internal and external customers.
    • Keep Manager up to date on any key issues in the department. Timely feedback and effective recommendations and actions on Sales Performance.
    • Prepare monthly sales report.
    • Prepare periodic reports analyzing incentives, promotions and events for Manager to identify strengths and weaknesses to further enhance such activities.
