- Prepare consolidated group accounts, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules.
- Review subsidiary accounts for various entities.
- Review consolidation packages for China and Malaysia subsidiaries and the upcoming Thailand division.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for the group, ensuring compliance with FRS and China GAAP.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for review.
- Assist in preparing documents for monthly financial review meetings.

- Analyze financial positions and funding statuses, offering insights and recommendations for periodic reports to aid decision-making.
