You will work both independently and alongside the Director to lead efforts in facilitating discussions, creating strategies, and developing key metrics to address the organization’s needs while ensuring effective corporate reporting.Job Description
- Lead and organize corporate planning sessions, seminars, and brainstorming meetings to develop the organization’s work plan, communicate strategic priorities, and provide valuable insights to guide management’s decision-making.
- Develop and execute studies on industry trends.
- Conduct studies to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities, and create data-backed insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Assist in addressing emerging issues and gaps that don’t align with existing categories, contributing to corporate strategy-related matters.
- Track KPIs, prepare for external meetings, and analyze developments impacting the organization.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of regular reports, insights, and presentations for senior management.
- Manage the collection, maintenance, and tracking of high-quality data to support comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Analysis or Consultancy with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in conducting data-driven research, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable outcomes.
- Proven leadership and project management experience, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Provide day-to-day oversight and operational leadership within the finance function.
- Supervise a team responsible for managing grants and procurement processes.
- Drive the planning and forecasting of funding, ensuring sound financial projections.
- Review and analyze financial reports to ensure data integrity and insight-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a key advisor to the wider team on financial operations and industry best practices.
- Strengthen internal controls by evaluating and refining existing workflows related to grants and procurement.
