    Job Description

    • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to align with organisational objectives.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
    • Manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.

    Accountant/Senior Accountant

    Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be managing the full spectrum of the finance function covering consolidation, financial and management reporting, cash flow management, financial audit in a manufacturing company.

    Job Description

    • Prepare consolidated group accounts, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules.
    • Review subsidiary accounts for various entities.
    • Review consolidation packages for China and Malaysia subsidiaries and the upcoming Thailand division.
    • Prepare and review statutory accounts for the group, ensuring compliance with FRS and China GAAP.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for review.
    • Assist in preparing documents for monthly financial review meetings.

    • Oversee daily financial operations, managing budget expenditure, revenue collection, and financial reporting.
    • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring all budget movements are coordinated and submitted on time.
    • Engage in strategic meetings and budget planning, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
    • Analyze financial positions and funding statuses, offering insights and recommendations for periodic reports to aid decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial performance reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
