    Our Client seeks a HR professional to drive HR system strategy, improve HR processes and analytics, and translate reporting needs into data-driven insights for workforce planning.

    Job Description

    • Formulate organisation-wide HR technology strategies that align system initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Assess emerging technologies against HR operational requirements and existing infrastructure to determine feasibility and scalability.
    • Identify, recommend and drive digitalisation and automation opportunities across HR programmes and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Maintain the relevance of the HRIS through continuous enhancements that align with evolving HR policies and processes to ensure an optimal user experience.
    • Act as the primary system administrator for all HR systems.
    • Build in-house capabilities by developing user guides and delivering hands-on training to new users, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

    • Recognised degree, preferably in HR Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR systems management and/or HR analytics, with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors system implementation or optimization
