  Job Description

  Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-level roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and offer management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices
