  Our client is experiencing rapid growth and undergoing significant technical transformation. To support this journey, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure strategy and operations. This is a leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
  Job Description

  • Design and execute scalable server and network strategies to meet current and future business demands.
  • Align infrastructure operations with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems—across both in-house and remote environments.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of backend infrastructure including data centres.
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including RFPs, vendor contracts, and scopes of work.
  • Administer and optimize multi-cloud environments, utilizing native cloud services and infrastructure components.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive or corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a lean IT Infrastructure team.
  • Maintain good communication with senior stakeholders and department heads on infrastructure matters.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of hands-on experience in managing complex system and network environments, including VLANs, WANs, and VPNs.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing IT infrastructure teams.
  • Solid experience in protocols and systems such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SANs, and Virtualization. 
  • Strong analytical mindset, sound decision-making skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
