Contract PositionOur client is a multinational financial institution & they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager (12 Months Contract).Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to Regional CEO
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations in office and external relationships
- Manage and maintain company records electronically
- Provide support for various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and coordinating travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage office budgets and expenses in collaboration with the finance department
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Other tasks as delegated
Salary Range: SGD 4,501 - 5,000Expires on 16 Mar 2025Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in systems and software such as SAP, Concur
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, adeptly managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, allowing for effective interaction with employees and vendors
