  Job Description

  • Establish and manage governance processes for product and feature releases.
  • Track progress, manage new requests, and support roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Lead or facilitate regular updates and discussions with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks and work closely with stakeholders to mitigate delivery or timeline issues.
  • Partner with product leads to maintain documentation, process guidelines, and knowledge bases.
  • Plan and execute key initiatives from start to finish, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare training or communication materials to support adoption and change management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in a digital or consumer-facing environment.
  • Strong background working with both business and technology teams on product or service initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project timelines, governance frameworks, and cross-team communication.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
