M&E Quantity Surveyor (Procurement, Reputable Developer)

Permanent PositionOur client is a reputable property developer with an established portfolio of award-winning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As part of their continued growth and project expansion, they are seeking an experienced M&E professional with experience in procurement contracts and M&E experience to join their QS team.Job Description
- Oversee tender preparation, cost coordination, and contractual administration related to development and procurement works.
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to plan and execute procurement strategies that support operational and project requirements
- Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes
- Provide support during contractual discussions, ensuring agreements are properly reviewed, negotiated, and systematically maintained
- Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant M&E QS experience and/or supply chain related procurement in the construction industry
- Candidates with experience in A1 main contractors and in large projects are highly desirable
- Candidates with limited or no prior experience in Quantity Surveying roles previously can be considered as well

Permanent PositionOur client is a leading A1 main contractor with a strong record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They’re currently looking for Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team. This role will be based at the HQ and on a 5 days work week.Job Description

- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior QS position.
