There are vacancies for the Senior QS/QS positions (for project/tender) with multiple iconic major developments across Singapore.Job Description
- Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
- Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain precise pricing and project details.
- Evaluate variations, value-engineering proposals, and their corresponding cost implications.
- Track and report cost performance throughout the tendering stage.
- Review tender and contract conditions, identifying and addressing any commercial risks or uncertainties.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually and comply with required standards and safety regulations.

- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.

Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con)
Singapore
Permanent PositionOur client is a leading A1 main contractor with a strong record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They’re currently looking for Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team. This role will be based at the HQ and on a 5 days work week.Job Description
- Prepare and manage all costs related to mechanical & electrical engineering projects
- Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors
- Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards
- Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes

- Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant M&E QS experience in the construction industry
- Knowledgeable in M&E systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems etc.
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior QS position.
