- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales growth through efficient processes and strategies.
- Understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
- Lead customer proposals and presentations.
- Plan and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalations.
- Support bids and RFQ processes as needed.
- Conduct business reviews and manage virtual teams.

- 5+ years in account management or sales in life science or related industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview:
- As a Sales Specialist, you will leverage your LC expertise to drive sales, provide technical support, and build relationships with customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell LC systems and solutions, highlighting their technical benefits.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Offer pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
