    Senior Office Assistant


    Permanent Position
    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Office Assistant with HR experience to support our day-to-day operations and assist with human resources tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is looking to contribute to the success of our team by ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Job Description

    Office Administration:

    • Manage daily office needs and ensure our workspace is organized and well-stocked
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the co-working space management regarding facility issues, bookings, and memberships.
    • Coordinate with IT support to resolve any technical issues promptly.
    • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel accommodations as needed.

    Human Resources Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
    • Onboard new employees, including coordinating with IT for equipment setup and introducing them to company policies and culture.
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support the management of employee benefits, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.
    • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

    Team Support:

    • Facilitate internal communication by distributing company announcements and organizing team events.
    • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
      Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
    Salary Range: SGD 4,500 - 7,000

    • 5 years of proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with additional experience in HR tasks.
    • Familiarity with office equipment and management systems.
    • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
