  Our Client is a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Property Management.
  Job Description

  • Oversee the handover process of premises between tenants or purchasers.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company properties.
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
  • Ensure the properties are well-maintained with a focus on security and cleanliness.
  • Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and tenants.
  • Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team, fulfilling roles such as SIC, ERT, and First Aider.

  Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, Building Management, Real Estate, or Estate Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are preferred.
  • WSQ training in SIC and ERT is advantageous.
  • A proactive team player with strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a resourceful and systematic approach.
