  Job Description

  • This role is responsible for leading the Payroll and HR Shared Services teams.
  • Lead and manage both the Payroll and Shared Services teams
  • Payroll Management - Manage and oversee monthly payroll activities, including processing of salaries, statutory contributions, tax filing and other payroll related requirements
  • Shared Services – Lead the HR Shared Services team to support various HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Continuous review of processes to enhance employee experience, achieve operational efficiency, and drive operational excellence

  Requirements

  • Degree holder with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Singapore’s regulations such as CPF Act and Income Tax Act
  • Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors
  • Self-driven, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Hands on operationally with a passion to drive standardisation and streamlining of workflows and processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
