We are currently looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer who will be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge AI models designed to meet the unique needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of AI-driven solutions, including custom GPT models, and play a pivotal role in integrating these tools into our business processes.Job Description
- Create, build, and deploy custom AI models to support various business functions, including automating processes like meeting notes, customer support interactions, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Seamlessly integrate AI tools into existing enterprise infrastructures, communication channels, and databases. Develop APIs or utilize third-party services to enable smooth AI model integration into business workflows.
- Collect, organize, and preprocess training data for AI models, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy standards and organizational compliance policies.
- Safeguard the secure handling of sensitive data in AI systems.
- Regularly improve AI models based on user feedback, performance metrics, and changing business requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends to keep the models relevant and efficient.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Operations, to discover AI opportunities and implement scalable AI solutions. Collaborate with external AI vendors as needed to incorporate advanced solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation and establish best practices for AI usage across the organization.
