  Job Description

  • Responsible for Pre-sales support – engagement in RFP/RFQ and supply chain product demonstration to customers. 
  • Lead business requirements gathering and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define technology solutions aligned with the supply chain strategy.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the entire solution lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and provide ongoing support and optimization.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to enhance supply chain processes, considering emerging trends and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including operations, logistics, and IT teams, to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, overseeing third-party solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in technology solution management including pre-sales, with a focus on supply chain solutions (such as WMS/TMS/FMS) .
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
