Regional HR Specialist (HR projects) (6-month contract)

Contract PositionOur client is looking for a Regional HR Specialist to manage, coordinate, and execute global and regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategy while supporting key HR operational functions.Job Description
- Support the Regional HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives across SEA, aligned with company goals.
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications for smooth execution.
- Collaborate with HQ HR, regional leaders, local HR teams, and external partners on HR programs.
- Lead projects in compensation & benefits, talent development, HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Conduct project research, plan activities, and ensure milestones are communicated.
- Prepare and analyze HR data to provide insights to management.
- Coordinate HR program logistics, workshops, and meetings with proper follow-up.
- Assist the Regional HR Manager with ad-hoc HR initiatives as needed.
Salary Range: SGD 5,500 - 6,000Expires on 23 Feb 2026Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to HR improvement and transformation projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, including corporate practices and compensation & benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly regarding compensation.
- Hands-on experience in managing HR projects from planning to execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in multicultural environments is highly valued.

Cost Accountant (6-month contract)

Contract PositionOur client is looking for a meticulous and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing cost data, monitoring inventory valuations, and producing accurate financial reports.Job Description
- Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, such as standard costing and job order costing.
- Investigate and explain variances between actual and standard costs.
- Maintain and reconcile perpetual inventory records with physical counts.
- Analyze inventory valuations, including identifying obsolescence and slow-moving stock.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on cost of goods sold (COGS), profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
