  Contract Position

  Our client, a well-established bank is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join their Corporate Banking Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end operational processes related to corporate banking products such as loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
  Job Description

  • Execute and monitor day-to-day operations for corporate banking products including loans, deposits, trade finance, and cash management.
  • Ensure accurate booking and settlement of transactions within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve operational issues, and support service level commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, FATCA, and local regulations.
  • Perform operational risk assessments and support internal and external audits.
  • Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and business continuity planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all operational processes and client transactions.
