- Develop and execute the private banking sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of private bankers and relationship managers to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, offering tailored wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment, risk, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across the bank’s products and services to maximize client value.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Develop and implement the overall strategy for Wealth Management and Private Banking, in line with the organization’s goals.
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure the seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Ensure top-tier client satisfaction and retention through excellent service standards.
- Lead, mentor, develop a high-performing team of relationship managers, and support staff.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure career development opportunities for team members.
- Stay updated on the latest wealth management trends and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive.
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Provide regular reports on business performance and key financial metrics to senior management.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
