  Senior AI UX / UI Designer

  As a Senior AI UX / UI Designer, you will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to design, test, and refine AI-enabled user experiences. The role requires deep involvement across research, interaction design, usability testing, and delivery, with a strong emphasis on applying UX best practices to AI use cases.
  Job Description

  AI-Centric UX & UI Design

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled products, including conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, predictive and data-driven interactions.
  • Translate AI capabilities, decision logic, and system outputs into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Apply strong information architecture to support AI decision trees, confidence levels, and content hierarchies.

  User Research & Validation

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and trust considerations in AI interactions.
  • Create personas, journey maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Validate designs through usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback loops, iterating based on insights.

  Hands-On Delivery & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and data/AI teams to co-create practical, build-ready designs.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies and incorporate sprint feedback into design improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and adherence to UX/UI best practices across AI solutions.

  Design Systems & Documentation

  • Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components tailored for AI interfaces.
  • Produce design documentation, annotated prototypes, and specifications to support development and adoption.

  Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor post-launch user experience and identify opportunities to improve AI usability, explainability, and adoption.
  • Stay current with emerging AI UX patterns, tools, and industry best practices.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or related field. 
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design and usability testing
  • Demonstrated experience designing for AI-driven products (e.g. conversational AI, analytics-driven interfaces, automation, or decision-support systems)
  • Strong experience in user research, journey mapping, and interaction design
  • Experience designing conversational flows, multi-turn interactions, and AI error handling
  • Proficiency with Figma, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing tools
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
