  Our client is looking for an experienced HR leader with strong people management and mentoring skills, preferably with an operations-driven industry background.
  Job Description

  • Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve existing HR processes and systems
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Review and enhance policies, procedures, and HR documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Act as a strategic partner to management on people-related matters

  Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, supported by a minimum of 10 years’ HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage change and improve processes
  • Bilingual (English & Mandarin) as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
