The business was founded in Taiwan in 1993, and since then has helped thousands of students to study in the UK, USA, Australia and across the English-speaking world. The organization has grown considerably from our first office, and we now have offices in Ghana, Nigeria, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as a base in the UK. Intake has accrued a great deal of experience in assisting students to meet their international study.

    Job Description

    1. Oversight and implementation of training and development plan
    2. Global oversight of staff satisfaction strategy and its implementation
    3. Assistance with local hiring strategies for individual countries and offices
    4. Provide data driven analysis and advice on region related HR queries
    5. Partner with assigned office manager on recommendation, planning, implementation and execution of all HR Business related in initiatives and programs
    6. Working locations : can be following cities
      1. Taipei, Taiwan
      2. Bangkok, Thailand
      3. New Delhi office, India
      4. Nigeria

    Requirements

    1. >5 years in HR role and 2 years in manager role
    2. Strong and in-depth knowledge of corporate training operation
    3. Work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
    4. Project management
    5. Resilient, able to stay motivated during challenging times and prioritize in line with business requirements.
    6. Organized, thorough and follows through with high level of attention to details.
    7. Demonstrated ability to instruct, motivate and direct individuals at various skill levels
