  Our client is an engineering consultancy firm with established regional footprint and is looking for a L&D Senior Manager.
  Job Description

  • Work with internal stakeholders in managing L&D programmes end to end that align with business needs and objectives
  • Identify and manage relationship with external training vendors and consultants for development of content and delivery of key L&D programmes
  • Gather feedback and review training effectiveness through various channels – e.g. onsite observations and work closely with training facilitators to enhance programmes’ effectiveness
  • Deliver onboarding orientation 
  • Manage Internship and short term Overseas Training Employment programmes
  • Facilitate internship programme in collaboration with authorities and IHLs
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on Performance Appraisal framework and process
  • Work with authority in identifying talented individuals through scholarship schemes 
  • Design and implement talent development programmes
  • Other employee development matters

  Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 8,000
