  Our client is an engineering consultancy firm with established regional footprint and is looking for a Senior Manager, HRBP.
  Job Description

  • Business partnering
  • Develop solid understanding of the business environment and provide business partnership
  • Build rapport and have a good sense of ground sentiments in order to maintain corporate governance and adherence to Corporate regulations, policies, practices and procedures
  • Provide practical solutions to meet business goals
  • Manage recruitment and selection
  • Improve work relationships, analyse trends to highlight areas of concerns and develop solutions, programmes and policies
  • Carry out periodic exercises such as the Salary Review, Performance Bonuses and Budgeting, Performance Appraisal, etc
  • HR liaison for head office and overseas business entities
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects assignments as and when required

  Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 8,000

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity
